"The link" of PhreakMods is the solution to this problem.
This new rod was Seimitsu LS-32 joystick designed in two parts to allow removal of the top of the handle quickly and without hassle.

"The link" comes with a higher spring part, a bottom part for installation in the housing of the joystick, and a hex wrench compatible arcade stick MadCatz TE
To use, simply pull on the upper part with the thumb and forefinger, then pull. To replace, pull again on the upper spring piece; while maintaining the compression spring resting on the lower part installed in the stick.
"The link" is stainless steel, and has ball bearings inside the top piece.
